Instant Pot Kalua Pig: Traditional Hawaiian Dish in 90 Minutes

Ingredients
- 4 lb boneless pork butt or shoulder
- 2 tbsp Hawaiian sea salt
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- enough to cover bottom of pot water
Instructions
- Rub the pork with Hawaiian sea salt and liquid smoke.
- Place the pork in the Instant Pot and add enough water to cover the bottom of the pot.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual for 90 minutes.
- Allow for a natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the pork from the Instant Pot and shred with two forks.
- Serve with steamed white rice and Hawaiian macaroni salad.
